The Chiron Hub is an Art Psychotherapy outreach service. We can establish Art Psychotherapy in almost any community space, creating a welcoming and confidential environment, providing psychological and emotional support for adults, children, young people and their families.

The Chiron Hub

The Chiron Hub provides Art Psychotherapy for children, young people and adults. This support extends to parents/guardians and carers to work in partnership to support every child’s journey towards adulthood.

Our dedicated team of registered Art Psychotherapists specialise in work with those who have experienced complex and enduring childhood trauma and so offer consultancy and training in this field to other professionals involved in the care and education of children, young people and adults.

This can take a variety of forms such as teacher supervision support groups, peer support groups, bespoke training for your staff, conferences or experiential workshops, to name but a few.

How Long Does It Take?

This depends on the client and their particular situation and process. The time for ending therapy is usually decided by agreement between the client and therapist. We recommend the very minimum of 24 individual sessions to have a meaningful engagement with long-term positive outcomes. Group-work can be shorter than this and can be more flexible around frequency and duration.

Individual sessions usually last between 45mins to 1 hour, group work usually lasts for 2 hours with a maximum of 6 members in any group.
